Uses：Budesonide glucocorticoid an inhaled anti allergic inflammation role, its anti allergic inflammation of weak strength to fluticasone propionate and mometasone furoate. Budesonide fat soluble a little difference, but on glucocorticoid receptor affinity is strong, which is mainly related with budesonide special molecular structure, at the same time as the budesonide has higher hepatic first pass metabolism effect (about 90%), to enter the systemic circulation significantly reduced medication, these characteristics determine the budesonide with strong local anti allergic inflammation and systemic side effects of less, more suitable for use in children. Research shows that budesonide airway anti-inflammatory strength is 600 times of hydrocortisone, dexamethasone is 20-30 times, and inhaled budesonide local strong effect, absorption is less, so less dose of budesonide inhalation can produce strong local airway allergic inflammation resistance, and less side-effect.
